The Agency's Principles

Frank C. Russell, Jr., CIC – President and CEO A graduate of California State College with a BS Degree in Education, Frank Russell's insurance career began in 1970. He established the agency in 1978. He has specialized in medium to large Commercial Accounts with complex Risk Management problems. He serves on several Insurance Company Advisory Boards and is a member of the Insurance Agents & and Brokers Association. Frank, also, holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Daniel J. Coughlin, CPCU – Vice President and General Manager A graduate of Georgetown University with a BS degree in Business Management, Dan Coughlin began his insurance career in 1961. He joined the Russell Insurance Group, Inc. in 2001, after spending the preceding years in management positions with two insurance companies. He specializes in small commercial and personal lines accounts. Dan holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters, Inc.
